Join us on Tuesday, September 5, as we provide dinner to feed students at Tech Wesley, the United Methodist Campus Ministry on Georgia Tech’s Campus. We are excited to provide the meal before Tuesday Night worship at Tech Wesley and serve students and help them get off to a great beginning this fall.

The Westside Kids parent meeting will happen August 27, 2023, immediately after service. This meeting is a great opportunity for parents to learn safe sanctuary practices, volunteer opportunities, discuss all of the kids accomplishments over the past year. I will also talk about what we have planned as far as curriculum and upcoming events. Families may also bring any questions and concerns to this meeting. Hope to see you there!

Look for the First Responder table, beginning Sunday, Feb. 19, near the nametag table, and sign up to bring specific items for individual gift bags to be stuffed and delivered on March 12 to our Police and Fire Fighters, who serve and protect our Westside neighborhoods. Join us as we show love to teachers at Bolton Academy and F.L. Stanton before church on Sunday, March 19. We’ll gather from 9:45-10:45am as we pack gift bags to say thank you for the good work teachers at our partner elementary schools are doing to support and bless families right here in the Westside.

Prepare your heart and home for Christmas this Advent season by making a keepsake Advent Wreath. We’re excited to partner with Amy Phelps and Each Day Florals, who will help you make a beautiful wreath that will no doubt become the center of your Christmas decoration and help you remember the love, joy, hope and peace that we experience at Christmas.
We’ll get together at Round Trip Brewing from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, November 27, to make wreaths and begin the Christmas season together. A Charcuterie spread will be provided and childcare for school-age children is also included as we’ll have a kids craft going on as well.
The cost of the event is $50 per person which will cover your meal, supplies and Amy and her team. To sign up and reserve your spot, register at this link.
